New Solutions and Real Conversations at GSX 2026

Another GSX is in the books!
Our team had the opportunity to attend GSX 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia, where we connected with security integrators, manufacturers, partners, and industry professionals from across the country.
GSX is always an exciting opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and have conversations about the challenges facing the security industry. This year was no different.
New Conversations, New Perspectives
One of the most valuable parts of GSX is hearing directly from the people designing, installing, and using security technology every day.
Throughout the show, we had conversations about outdoor security, reliable power, mobile surveillance, and the need for solutions that can adapt to different sites and applications.
These conversations continue to reinforce something we see every day: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to outdoor security.
Different sites require different technology, different power sources, and different mounting platforms. Our goal is to make bringing those pieces together as simple and reliable as possible.
What We Brought to Atlanta
At Booth #4541, we showcased four Sun Surveillance solutions designed to provide reliable power and flexible equipment hosting for outdoor security applications:
Solstice Trailer - Our full-size mobile surveillance platform designed for applications that require dependable off-grid power, a highly visible security presence, and the flexibility to support virtually any combination of cameras and security technology.
Solstice Pole - A permanent solar-powered platform that provides reliable power and equipment mounting virtually anywhere it is needed, without depending on nearby electrical infrastructure.
PowerBridge - Designed for locations where existing light poles lose power during the day. PowerBridge stores energy while power is available and keeps security equipment operating through daytime power gaps.
Solstice Trailer Lite - One of the newest additions to the Sun Surveillance lineup. The Solstice Trailer Lite offers a more compact and budget-friendly mobile platform and is available in one-panel and three-panel configurations, giving integrators more flexibility to match the solution to the power requirements of the project.
From permanent installations to mobile deployments and existing infrastructure, each solution addresses a different challenge while working toward the same goal: keeping outdoor security technology powered and operational 24/7/365.
Introducing the Solstice Trailer Lite
This year, we were especially excited to bring the Solstice Trailer Lite to GSX.
Designed as a compact alternative for projects that may not require the capacity of our full size Solstice Trailer, the Trailer Lite provides another option for integrators looking for a mobile, solar-powered platform while keeping budget and footprint in mind.
With both one-panel and three-panel configurations, the platform can be configured around the needs of the equipment being deployed.
At the show, the Solstice Trailer Lite gave us the opportunity to talk with integrators about where a smaller mobile platform can fit into their projects. The flexibility allows integrators to match the system to the requirements of each project without taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
It was also great to hear questions and feedback directly from the people who would be specifying and deploying these systems in the field. Those conversations gave us valuable insight as we continue expanding the options available within our mobile surveillance lineup.
More Than the Products
GSX is about much more than what we bring to the booth.
It gives our team the opportunity to see where the security industry is heading, learn about new technologies, and connect with the manufacturers and integrators who are helping shape its future.
This year, our booth also featured security technology from Axis Communications, Verkada, Avigilon, and Magos Systems, giving attendees a closer look at how different cameras, radars, and other security technologies can be integrated with Sun Surveillance platforms.
Being able to demonstrate these technologies together helped show what we mean when we talk about building systems around the application. The power source and platform are only part of the solution. The ultimate goal is giving integrators the flexibility to deploy the technology their project requires, wherever it is needed.
We left Atlanta with new ideas, new connections, and an even better understanding of what security professionals need when taking technology beyond the building.
