Sun Surveillance and Verkada Partner to Provide Rapid Security Response

When Hurricane Helene swept through parts of the Carolinas, it left entire communities without power, communication, or infrastructure—making reliable security nearly impossible. In moments like these, partnerships and rapid response can make all the difference.
That’s why we’re proud to have partnered with Verkada and an integration partner to quickly deploy 4 of our H-Base system to the areas most affected. Designed for fast deployment and off-grid operation, the H-Base was a critical tool in helping monitor and secure locations while the community focused on recovery and rebuilding.
Mobile Solar Powered Surveillance Where It’s Needed Most
With traditional infrastructure down, the H-Base system provided a vital layer of security—offering visibility in areas where there was no power, no network, and no time to waste. Thanks to the flexibility and mobility of our solar-powered systems, we were able to assist local partners and responders without delay.
We’re thankful for the opportunity to assist the regions that were affected by Hurricane Helene and to collaborate with a partner who is equally dedicated to making a meaningful impact when it’s needed most.
